Adding an email signature is a relatively small thing, but every little bit helps.

I do have a signature for my email. I also have a great cover. I don't see it helping me that much on sales, but most people like it. Mainly because of the obscenely cute (according to my cover artist) stoat on the cover.

Do you use the customized email signature feature in all of your email accounts? It is a great tool to help you promote yourself! If you don’t use it, you should give it a try.

I now include some basic information about me, my company and I include a few links to important websites that I am on, at the bottom of each of my outgoing emails. It’s best to only add a few links to the signature; I’d say no more than five (5) at the most.

Here is an example of what I mean (below):
Please note that the BOLD is for illustration purposes only

It may seem like a rather small, silly little thing, but it is very important! A good email signature is a passive and inexpensive (FREE!) way to market you, your name and what you do.

A quote from my second book, TALON, ON THE WING. Talon says: Children with special needs or with disability, or are handikapped don't have an illness, so there is no cure and it's
not contagious. They want what we all want, to be accepted.
And that is all about my book TALON, COME FLY WITH ME.
What do you think?

Invest in good quality book cover design...many times it's the cover that first catches someone’s attention. First impressions are important; like it or not.

A good book cover designer's services can cost anywhere from $50-$500 USD. But don't be afraid to ask around to get recommendations from other authors --- you might be able to get a fantastic cover designed for approx. $50-$100 USD max. As with most things in life, it pays to shop around. ;-)
