Comment by Bobbie Crawford-McCoy on March 23, 2011 at 3:37pm Do you use the customized email signature feature in all of your email accounts? It is a great tool to help you promote yourself! If you don’t use it, you should give it a try.
I now include some basic information about me, my company and I include a few links to important websites that I am on, at the bottom of each of my outgoing emails. It’s best to only add a few links to the signature; I’d say no more than five (5) at the most.
Here is an example of what I mean (below):

It may seem like a rather small, silly little thing, but it is very important! A good email signature is a passive and inexpensive (FREE!) way to market you, your name and what you do.
