Olivia Strikes Again
That's right. Episode 3 is here. Like I said before, Olivia has such a great voice as an author. As I encourage her to explore and develop it, it might take a little longer to get these stories done. With her imagination and charm, I think it is worth the wait.
Sons of the King
Episode 3
The Creator's Ark
In Sons of the King, they have created a fantasy world with a touch of science fiction. In the land of Mysstira on the planet Kaskaya, a great King has three sons.…

The Power of Words
Words have power. They can make someone’s day. (“You have beautiful eyes.”) Or, they can break someone’s heart. (“I don’t love you anymore.”) We writers know about proper sentence structure and how to place our carefully chosen words within a sentence to create the effect we want. For My Daughter
I think about my daughter now. She is sweet and innocent. She loves her daddy. I am the man in her life.
Then I think about ten years from now (fifteen, if I get my way). She will most likely have a new man in her life. She will be thinking about romance and marriage.
That's what was on my mind as I wrote the latest volume of my Amish Journey. I will admit that I had to move away from the keyboard for a while. I couldn't see what I was typing through the tears. So, I got a…

Review of F-Stop: A Life in Pictures by Emily-Jane Hills Orford
Young Jean Downer’s passion for photography continued into adulthood. After she married Norman Hills and started having children, her love for preserving her family’s history was, in great part, documented through photographs.
Jean Downer’s story starts in 1929, when she is quite young, of kindergarten age, and continues through her marriage at age 19 in 1946 to Norm Hills. The 61 years of marriage fly by and she’s grateful she and her husband developed an interest in genealogy, for she…

Review of Sleepers Awaken by Michele Doucette
“Authentic living means having the strength and the courage to remain true to yourself.” Pg.145
The statement speaks the truth as both will be challenged many times throughout your life. The fact that you are interested in this book or any other of it’s genre is a clear sign that deep within yourself you are not fulfilled or at peace. Think of it as taking your first steps to changing your mind, therefore changing your life.
After careful and honest reflection of your past, you…
